Pale yellow in colour, with an abundant persistent mousse. On the nose there are oral notes along with ripe white fruit and some tropical fruit. The palate is fruity and refreshing. Full in the palate, from the high quality of the base wine used. The acidity and sweetness are in perfect balance, and the sparkle produces a very refreshing mouth feel.
